SOCIAL & DANCE
The lady harriers of the Hutt Valley Glub held a most successful social dance in the OEpxini Schoolroom last last week. The, proceeds of the function will be ;• devoted to the sending of the l&dy harriers "to compete at : Mastert6n on '22nd June and judging by the big crowd present a tidy sum was collected. Dancing, was continued on to midnight" the music being supplied by Miss'D. Millar and Messrs OrehaTd and Clay. The president (Mr A! Hadley) in thanking those present' for their attendance thanked the ladies ' committee and the ilpuni School , committee . for materially assisting .-to-. Jxfards the success of the function." Mr" R.. ..Freeman acted as M.O. .
