WIND-UP SOCIAL
I A very enjoyable wind-up social was held in the Central Club's ;pavilipn on Saturday evening when the members assembled in large numbers. Mr James Kerr, President, presided. The president welcomed the members and referred to the splendid playing season just brought to a close. The green had played splendidly and the friendly feeling amongst the members had been very ' fine. The finances jjf the club w*ere in a sound condition and several improvements had been aclded to the Club's property. A very happy hour was spent "with speech and song. The following trophies were presented:—Champion singles and Hancock Ctrp.—Mr R. Gower.
