HUTT JUNIORS
In the Junior A match against Karori the latter got a. four pointer. Hutt who ha"d only scratched together 64 in the first inningSv against Karori's 178. Hutt, however in somehing like true form in the second innings scored 250 for 7 wickets. Pegler played a firstclass innings for 84, his leg shots and those to the on were made cleverly.
Bill Elsbm was going strongly with 67 not out when the innings was declared. Elsom can always be relied on to come to light with runs.
Dan • Neazor was within the vicinity of half a century when he was run out.
Karori had 141 to make for a fourpoint win. This they got with four wickets, Kennan batting nicely for 58.
For Junior B 's Hutt batsmen were in a scoring mood, Hobbs - scoring 105 onicklv and he then appeared to throw his wicket away. George Wright with 86 appeared a moral for the century if he had left the tea alone. Ron Adams did nt>t take long to make 56 and he got them well.
