NEW SCHOOL FOR MOERA.

During the recent" Parliamentary elections the member for the district, H0.j1.. T. M. Wilford, had brought before him the urgent necessity for providing school accommodation at Moera. Mr. Wilforil expressed his entire approval of the request and promised, if returned, to use his best endeavours to have the school erected. In response to the representations of the member for the district, Cabinet last Friday granted £6100' for the erection of a school to be erected in Randwick Road. This action will be greatly appreciated by the residents of the district concerned, as it will relieve the over-crowding that now exists at the Waiwhetu School and provide for the great influx of population that must follow the opening of the new workshops.
