ANOTHER AEROPLANE.

FOR LOWER HUTT OWNER

A Monocoupe monoplane arrived by the steamer Bloemfontein from New York last week to the order of Mr.' O. Cottrell, of Lower Hutt, and was taken out to the owner's garage, where it is now being assembled. The machine is of a somewhat unusual design. As the name implies, it is of the coupe type, being closed in, and accommodates two persons side by side. It is fitted with dual control, and is powered with a five-cylinder radial Veile engine of 80 h.p., in which dual ignition is a feature. The wing span is 30ft 3in., and the fuselage is 19ft 6in long. The 'plane will probably be flown either from Gear Island, where there is a suitable landing-place, or from private property in the Taita district. It is understood that the machiie will be given its first flight when the services of a pilot have.been secured and the regulations have been complied with.
