.1 egg, % ©up milk, 1 cup flour, 1* tea--spoons sugar, 1 oz butter, i teaspoon taking powder, 3 bananas. Beat but:ter and sugar to a cream, add yolk of ■egg, then milk; beat white of egg stiff, •add it and flour alternately} then add poiwder and bananas cut in half-inch (blocks. Drop by teaspoons into boiling ifat. Cook till pale brown, turning oace; drain.
