A BOON TO MELLING RESIDENTS.
Mr, A. NanMvell who for the past two years has carried on the business of fishmonger with two shops in the Main street, has vacated the premises near the Post Office and will very shortly transfer that business to supply the wants of his customers in the neighbourhood of Melling an the V.I.C.
During the time Mr. Nankivell has carried on this . business in the Hutt he has endeavoured to supply his customers with the highest quality fish bought in the open market at a reasonable price. A feature has also been made of smoked fish cutlets, which are prepared by himself and cured on the premises by his own method.
Another branch of the business that has grown very popular is the fish and chips department. Here the fish is "prepared under the most hygienic conditions and prepared in dainty cutlets which are immersed in boiling fat and served to the customer piping hot to be carried home to supply the family with a dainty meal at a minimum of cost.
We feel sure that the residents in the neighbourhood of the V.I.C. will appre-
ciate having a model fish shop of this description in their midst.
Mr. Nankivell wishes to take this opportunity of thanking his numerous customers for their liberal past support and begs to assure them that at all times it will be his endeavour to supply nothing but the best of fish in season.
