FREE KINDERGARTEN
A meeting of the Lower Hutt Free Kindergarten Association was held on June 12th, there being present __esdames Feeney, Knight, Milson, Nolan, Dennis, Misses Alcorn. Dawson, _>onnelly, Riley, Messrs Hansen, Hughes, Knight and May. It was decided to write to the Mayor -asking the earliest possible date the Association could open a Kindergarten in the Moora Community Hall. Application is also to be made to hold a street collecting day. at a date to be fixed later. The committee acknowledge with thanks donations' from the following:— Mesdames Richards, Ward, Nolan, Davidson, Feeney, Austin, Misses Wilkinson, Jacobson, Alcorii, Messrs Ponder, Dawson, Harpbanr. Biddolph, Davison,. Howe, Stonehouse, Slian and Clendon.
