The following hours of attendance will be observed at Levin Post and Telegraph Office during the above holidays:— Christmas Day, Monday, December 25th.—A close holiday will be observed in the Post Office, Telegraph Office and Telephone Exchange. All mails for despatch will be closed at 8 a.m. on 25th. Boxing Day. Tuesday 26th December. 1916. Post Office: Open in all branches except money order and savings bank from 9to 10 a.m. All mails for despatch will be closed at 8 a.m. Telegraph office: Open from 9to 10 a.m. only. Telephone exchange: Open from 9 to 10 a.m. only. New Year's Day, January 1, 1917. Post Office: A clrse holiday will be observed. All mails usually despatched en this day will be closed at 8 a.m.. Telegraph office: Open from 9to 10 a.m. only. Telephone exchange: Open from 9 to 10 a.m. only. Note.—There will bo no delivery by letter carriers on Christmas and Year's Day; one complete delivery will be made on Boxing Day, commencing 7.30 a.m. A counter delivery, embracing correspondence usually delivered by letter carriers will be made on the evenings of Saturday. 23rd, and Saturday 30th December from 7.30 to 8.30.
