The sale was good throughout. and we have to report pradbic-ally a total clearance. A pen of extraprime fat ewes (shorn) offered on account of the Weraroa Experimental Farm, 'realized 35s 4d. Messrs Abraham and Williams held their annual cfvttlo fair at their Levin yarck yesterday when an entry of 1200 head was sold at good prices. Buyers were iprescnt from the Wairarapa, Woodville district. I'almeiston North and AVangaturi. Before the cattle were sold the sheep wero offered 1 and realized the following prices:—Fat shorn ewes 29s 4d; woolly fait ewes 3/s. 38s 9dr, woolly fat wethers £2 16s, £2 3s 6d, £2 7s; shorn wethers 31s 6d.
