THE EXPORT OF BUTTER AND CHEESE.
Wellington, This Day. The hearing was commenced to-day before the Full Court of the ease brought by the Taratahi Dairy Company and the Mangorei Co-operative Dairy Company against the AttorneyGeneral to test the validity of the Order-in-Council prohibiting the export of butter and cheese, unless the exporter has paid a charge of 2d per lb on the butter-fat used in the factory.
