(To The Editor.) •Sir, —"A Member of the Old Board" is barking down the wrong rabbit burrow. The Levin Borough Council has no power to appoint outsiders to the Levin Domain Hoard; the borough council are constituted, a board, their appointment- being made by the Minister.
