Vegetables.—Spring cabbage , is com- , ing in in large quantities and good lines are realizing fair prices. Cauliflower , are in very short supply and high prices are ruling. Choice letuuee meet ready sale at satisfactory rates. Swedes now show an improved demand. Parsnips, white turnips and table carrots arc in short supply and realizing high ■prices. Celery, spring onions and leeks are selling well. The diem and for rhu- ! barb is good; supplies are increasing and satisfactory prices are being -realized. Kelson grown peas have been sold in small quantities during the 1 week. Fruit.—-Choice dessert and cooking apples are in good demand and high k prices are ruling.
