Honey is .scarce. There is an excellent demand for eggs, which are firm at last week's rates. Linseed oil cake meal for stock feeding is being used in increasing quantities with satisfactory results. Cauliflowers have been coming to hand in much larger quantities and consequently prices are lower, although choice lines are bringing good prices. Spring cabbage is plentiful audi wellpaekedi lots are realising fair prices. Choice lettuce are in good demand. Swedes arc slow of sale. Parsnips, -celery. spring onions <and leeks are selling freely at satisfactory rates. Small consignments of rhubarb have arrived from the Hutt during the week' and caused keen competition.
