HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL. KOPUTAEOA STREAM. SPECIAL ORDER. "FN pursuance and exercise „of tlio powers vested in it in that behalf, and with the consent of the ratepayers of t,ho Special Rating, Area in the florowhenua County hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less that throe-fourths of the ratepayer,-. of the isakf, 1 Special Rating Area the Capital value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said county i« collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Horowhenua County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order :ns follows:— "That for the purpose of widening and deepening Koputaroa. stream and constructing new drain the said; Horowhenua County Council hereby authorises the .raising of a loa.n of £1250 iat 4 J per cent for 36* yeans, and declares that the cost of raising tlic said loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised."
