Disloyal Statements
TWO MONTHS' IMPRISONMENT. At the Nelso'i Magistrate Court on Wednesday 'Ernest Heinricks, aged 29, a labourer of Red,wood's Valley, was charged under the Wnr Regulations Act with making disloyal statements. Evidence showed that he told two men who had enlisted that they were fools to fight for their King andi country, also that the cruelty to the women and children in Belgium was not done "by the Germans but by the "mongrels oT the Allies' Forces." Accused wv-s sentenced to two months' imprisonment.
