A sensation has been caused in Holland at the arrest of a Gorman named Hans Sex, also Jncob Dirkzwager, 011 suspicion of espionage. Dirkzwagor. until March, was British -Consular agent at Maasluis, also Lloyds' agent. It is alleged they consistently informed Gerinmiy of the departure of vessels from Holland, for England. One instance disclosed was that of the Batavia's impending departure. The manager discovered the betrayal ot the departure which was delliycdi. It turther ie alleged that Dirkzwagor assisted German- vessels to escape from Uotter<lnm. notifying Germany ol their departure.
