Dominion EW Of Zealand. Military Service Act, 1916. Enrolment of Expeditionary Force Reserve. By Proclamation dated respectively Ist and 2nd September, 1916, the enrolment of the Reserve is directed!. Enrolment MUST be made not later-than 15th September (First Division) or 1611 September (Second Division.) The Reserve consists of men not less than 20 and under 46 yeans of age.
