This mixture will suffice for half an acre, and will form a very good lawn, and ii kept cut close answers most soils. Special mixtures I for laying down lawns may plso be aad from any Beedsman'. Some of our native poas and other grasses would answer admirably lor lawn purposes. If the ground is of a retentive natare, sowing the seeds should be deferred til. 1 August.
