TELE FENCING ACT. ERECTION OF FENCES. A fence of any of the kinds mentioned in the Second Schedule is a f efficient fence within the meaning of the Fencing Act (a.7). The occupiers of adjoining lands not divided by a sufficient fence aro liable to join in or contribute in equal proportions to the eraction of a fence between such lands, although luch fence 'may not extend along the whole boundary line. But no occupier is liable to contribute to any fenoe which is not, m fai u praetittMe, throughout its length.
