The Recruiting Board has issued a statement to the effect that it now lias been decided to make new regulations under the War Regulations Act absolutely prohibiting any person, whether a volunteer who is waiting 'to be called up. or who has not been accepted for service, or a discharged soldier from wearing any badge other than that officially issued by the "Defence "Department.
