His Excellency has referred the matter to his Constitutional Advisers, and points out that he would not be .justified in taking any action contrary to the advice of his Ministers. SUICIDE BY HANGING. Blenheim, This Day. Frederick Hermann Wybrott, aged ■"I), committed suicide by hanging. A jury returned a verdict of "temporary insanity." Deceased left a wife and, for i' children.
