Wheat is firm at recent- rates and fair business doiiij£. i'uilard and bran are steady at lastweek's rates. An excellent demand exists for prime dressed pork and -good prices are being realized. Tlie market is practically bare of honey which is keenly enquired for. Linseed oil meal for stock feeding is in gooll domand. Cabbage, cauliflower and lettuce continue to realize high prives and are in short supply. Carrots mid white turnips are plentiful and prices Jower. l'.'irsinpe are in good demand and larger supplies would meet ready sale, sale. Swedes are plentiful and prices low. Tomatoes arrived in large quantities from Haratonga, but only firstclass lines mot with good demand. Choice dessert apples are scarce, and meet ready sale at high prices.
