Jones, winner or the one-man ladder event; Mr S. Hall's gold modal to .Fireman A. P. Jones, winner of the one-aian coupling event,; and tlie cap to Eireman L. Ingram. A live-years' service medal was presented to fireman I'. Tuohy. Air A. iVlatson placed the music f»r the dance and Messrs Walker. Hose and Morns piayetl extras. The last named also sang a parody on "Tipperary'' wifli tie result that the sum or Ifts -Id was thrown in I'or the Wounded Soldiers' Fund:. Another musical item was a trio by Miss M. Stratton, Messrs Walker and. Cottle. Messrs Mudgway and ooaw acted aa M's.C.
