The Chronicle'j, as received copies of the War Pensions Act Amendment Bill.and the Disclnrged Sjldiiers , Settlement Act Amendment Bill, both of- which are jucfar re* ceiving the ooiisideration of the House of Representatives. The subjects are of Biioh importance to the domin on that we are reprinting in exteneo the explanatory memoranda, given in the War Pensions Bill. Clauses 1 and 2 make no change in the law.
