Sir Douglas Baig reports:—ln several successful air encounters on Saturday, two enemy machines fell in the German lines, a third crashed to earth in our lines, where a fourth •'so landed undamaged. A British aeroplane fell into the enemy line#. We repulsed three . mall enemy tacks south-west of Wieltje. Tliev<bnve been heavy enemy artille;y bombardments from Vimj* to Tyoos, also Honth oT Souchez against our front trenches. We silenced ihostile battery north of Mijitzwood.
