Wheat and oats are stationary, and a fair demand exists. Pollard is scarce and prices are firmer. Chaff is still selling well at recent rates. Pork is in very good demand, and larger supplies can be dealt with. Sucking pigs have been arriving in large numbers, and as the demand is limited, prices will suffer a big drop if the suppiy continues or increases. Honey is wanted. Molasses for stock feeding is in good demand owing to the shortage. Cabbage is fetching high prices and supplies are limited. Choice oaaliflowers are in short supply and realizing high prices for well packed lines. A good demand exists for choice ett.uce. but inferior lines are hard to quit. Very few swedes are offering, and high rates are ruling. Parsnips are in good demand andir fai prices are realized. Carrots and white tur-, nips are .in good flemand. Marrow and pumpkins are arriving in large quantities and prices are iower. Spring onions, leeka and celery are in good supply. French beans are keenly bid for and bring high prices. tomatoes are realizing n,igli prices and only email parcels are arriving. Choice dessert apples and pears are keenly sought tor, and ' igh prices are ruling. Walnuts and chestnuts are enquired for. Wheat.—Good whole towl 5s 6d bus. 10-sack lots 5s 4d.
