Wheat andi oats are stationary, and a fair demand exists. Poliard iB scarce and prices are firmer. Chaff in a till selling well at recent rates. Pork i* in very good demand, and larger supplies can be dealt with. Sucking pifps have been arriving in large numbers, and as the demand is limited, prices ■will suffer a big drop if the suppiy continues or increases. Honey js wanted. Molasses for stock feeding is in good demand owing to the shortage. Cabbage ie fetching high pricee and supplies are limited. Choice cauliflowers are in short supply and realizing high prices for well packedi lines. A good demand exists for choice ettuce. but inferior lines are hard to quit. Very few swedes are offering, and high rates are ruling. Parsnips are in good demand andir fai prices are realized. Carrots and white turnips are in good demand. Marrow and pumpkins are arriving in large quantities and. prices are lower. Spring onione, leeks and celery are in good supply. French beans are keenly bid for and bring high prices. Hutt tomatoes are realizing iigh prices and only small parcels are "arriving. Choice dessert apples and pears are keenly sought tor, and ' ic;h prices are ruling.
