Received This Day, 0.40 a.m. ANOTHER ZEPPKLiN RAID. London, April 28. A Zeppelin fleet appeared over a Kentish coastal town last night l>ut dropped! no bombs. They departed after heavy gunfire. Reports Irani one or two other localities show that the newspapers note the improvement in signalling the Zeppelins' approach also in the gun range and mai'knruiship. SIR ROGER CASEMENT'S RAID. Amsterdam, April 28. The German papers are not allowed to comment on Sir Roger Casement's adventure but quote the Dutch press telegrams regarding the trouble in Ireland. The prevalent feeling in Germany is that the attempt fco land arms was <i fiasoo owing to tlio British navy's watchfulness, hut that hope should not be abandoned. The Volk's Zeitung states that had the adventure succeeded it would have had an immense influence on American feeling towards Germany, but as things happened it would d*> little good.
