At a meeting of the i\ew Zealand 'i rotting Association it -waS resolved that 110 iuturo license to ride, drive, or train horses, be granted to any single person eligible lor military service, and tiiat there be uu instruction sent to all trotting clubs to obtajn from the local recruiting committee a certificate that any applicant lor such license is ineligible before endorsing his application.
