lfivery company (including banki life insurance offices, and firms aoting aa agents or private bankers foT indivi'luals or companies) must yearly register all unclaimed moneys in the colony in an account which has not been opotated on for six or more yeara; such register to be open loir inspection cu payment of a fee j register to be polished in the New Zealand Government Gazette annually; notice to be neat to last known address of person in whose name money stands; and owst not claimed within two years of such noti.ce is to be paid over to the Colonial Treasurer.
