I'ALIAUTAXIjI SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Company Tjiinited report having held a most successful sale ill their I'akautanui yards on .Monday, the 21st instant. The sheep came forward well above advertised numbers, the total yarding being 3,10t).
Under spirited competition they succeeded in selling upder the hammer all lots offered, with the exception o. one KUiall pell of ewes. Buyers were present from'ull parts oi the district, and quite a number of the sheep went to the Rangitikei district. At speaks well for the i'ahftiitadiui district when buyers come from such a distance. The sheep are renowned tor being of good constitution and good oivler.
