At 4.10 a.m., daily, the ezpresi ill op at Levin to pick up passenger* but as no tickets are issued for either of these trains at Levin, passengers must pay the guards. Passengers Dy this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
