At 4.10 a.m., daily, the express ill op at Levin to pick up passengers but as no ticketß are issued for either of these trains at Levin, Passengers must pay the guards. Passengers Dy this early morning train going fonth will" have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
