VTe have no reason to doubt the authenticity of tiio appeal, the post stsmrp on the envelope being "Poi tvrij, Franc de Port-, Militaires estraagers internes dutus les Pays Bas,'' 'ii 'idating thai it was carried free through the post oil acocunt ol being poated by a soldier interned in Holland.
