LATE WAR NEWS. kIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. London, Jan. 31. There wa.s a second air raid on Paris on Sunday night. Bombs were dropped in a fog, but no damage was done. North of Arm's, two enemy grenade attacks dining the night (.west ot Hill MO) failed. In the Champagne, the Allies' artillery bombarded, trenches north of Oronies. In the -course ol the actions explosions were seen at four points on the enemy's front. There has been mine fighting at Haute Chevauehe. On the explosion of a German mine taking place, the French counter-mined and destroyed an enemy gallery.
