Old potatoes are now practically oil the market. .New potatoes are arriv - ing in largo (juauities Irom Auckland. district, Pollard is ratlier scarce, and about same price as last week. Bum is a little easier 111 price, and appears t> be in good supply. Oats have again weakened slightly. Wheat js considerably 'firmer in price than last week on account ot the embargo on export having been removed. Eggs are iu good demand at last week's •■••uo Tlie selling price ot pomors still keep good. Spring cabuage is in short sup ply, and prices are higher. Choice cauliflowers are arriving in larger quantities, and ( prices are lower. Lettuce is in short.supply, and ingiioi rates are ruling. Parsnips are m short supply, and meet Keen competition. Carrots and Wihito Turnips arc id short supply, and letch higli prices. Spring onions and Leeks, also u.vi root, meet with ready sale. JLUiubaru is coming in in small lots, and price.-* are higher. Strawberries are comiuy; to hand more freely, and prices ai* easier. Cherries and gooseberries alO arriving in lai'ge consignments, and meot with ready sale, ilutt toinatoas, also iNelson tomatoes, are arriving more freely, and high rates are ruling.
