Of the twenty-three 1.M.0.A. rsecre-l-aries serving thirteen camps in Egypt —an unbroken cfiaTii of the Y.M.C.A. helpfulness from Buoz to Uallipoli— twv ii.re .supported by the Associations o' New Zealand. In order that this valuable work may be extended, ami that substantial fundfc may be available for wounded New Zeulanders ; n hospitals abroad. the Wellington Y.M.C.A. is organising ji "Uose Day" l» be held on November 12th and 13th. To ensure the success of this effort large quantities of flowers will bo required—about 60,000 roses, carnations and thousands of other flowers and plants, being the aim of the. committee. All willing to support this valuable wodk which has been praised by Major-General Sir Alexander Godley and others are asked to advise Mr A Varney, general secretary Y.M.0.A., Wellington. Boxes of flowers should reach Wellington on November lltli and 12th, and if they are addressed "Y.M.C.A. Hose Day. Wellington— to I). 1 willed for"—arrangements will bo made to have them collected
