To ensure the success of this effort large quantities of flowers will bo required—about 60,000 roses, carnations and thousands of other flowers and plants, being the aim of the. committee. All willing to support this valuable wodk which has been praised by Major-General Sir Alexander Godley and others are asked to advise Mr A Varney, general secretary Y.M.0.A., Wellington.
