The chiiujfiier, Ueorge Eagan, was injured. The ear was descending a steep road near Higkeliif, on the Peninsula, when it got-out of control. Both occupants were thrown out. The doctor apparently .si ruck a stone with his head and was killed instantaneously. I'agan was rendered unconscious, but is expected to recover. The car was smashed iv bits.
