Official.—While King George V. was inspecting the army in r ranee, last Thursday ,his horse fell and tho King was severely bruisod. Me is confined t.) bed. The latest bulletin states that the King had a fair niglit. ' HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. Tiondon, October 29. On the western trout particularly violent bomb and torpedo lighting occurred last night north ot the Aisno in the sectors of Puisaleine aud Zuenneviores. A reciprocal bombardment ; s reported in the Champagne district, ami I. continued, during the niglit in the regions of Tahure and Maissou de Champagne, also towards the works of La Courtine. While inspecting the army in the field yesterday morning the King's horse became exerted and reared ano fell. The King Avas severely bruised and is confined to bed at present. Today's bulletin states that the King had a*fair night, and some sleep, and his general condition has improved. There are no complications. Received This Day. 11.35 a.m. THE BRITISH CASUALTIES. London, October 29. The British casualties in all arms since the outbreak of the war on all fields total 493,294.
