At 4.10 a.m., daily, the express ill op at Levin to pick up paasengera but as uo tickets are issued for either of these trains at Levjn, passengers must pay the guards. I'a.sseugers oy this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fiire from Palmertson North to Wellington.
