c*FOR READY REFERENCE. THE FENCING ACT. ERECTION OF FENCES. A fence of any of the kinds mentioned iu the Second Schedule is a sufficient fence within the meaning of the Fencing Act (5.7). The occupiers of adjoining lands not divided by a sufficient fence are liable to join in or contribute in equal proj portions to the erection of a fence DeI tween such lands, although such fence may not extend along the whole boundary line. But no occupier is liable to contribute to any fence which in not, aa far as practicable, continuous throughout its length. THE RULES OF THE I.OAD.
