Demand for root aud rape seeds is decidedly good, and we are selling large quantities. *Ye would like a much larger supply of porkors, and confidently invite consignments. Eggs arc steady. Cheese :s still maintaining high values, and the prospects are excellent irorn a seller's point of view. Honey is wanted. Vegetables.— Fairly large supplies oi spring cabbage are arriving from Hutt and country districts, and fair prices are ruling for well-packed lines. Choice cauliflowers, which are in short supply, are ruling at high rates. Choice lettuce nieec ready sale at satisfactory prices but interior lines are slow of sale. Swedes are ruling at last week's rates. Parsnips remain dull ot sale. Choice table carrots are selling at high rates, and there is good demand for white turnips. Celery, spring onions and leeks are selling freely. There is good demand for rhubarb, which is arriving in large quantities.
