FOR READY REFERENCE. THE FENCING ACT. ERECTION OF FENCES. A fence of any of the kinds mentioned in the Second Scbedulo is a sufficient fonce within the meaning of the Fencing Act (5.7). The occupiers of adjoining lands not divided by a sufficient fence are liable to join in or contribute in equal proportions to the erection of a fence between such lands, although such fence may not oxtond along tho whole boundary line. But no occupier is liubio to contribute to any fence which ia not, as far as practicable, continuous throughout iLs length. THE RULES OF THE WAD.
