Vegetables.—Fairly large supplies of spring cabbago are arriving from Butt and country districts, and fair prices are ruling for well-packed lines. Choice cauliflowers, which' care iu short supply, are ruling at high rates. Choice .lettuce meet ready sale at satis*aciory prices but inferior lines are slow of sale. Swedes are ruling at last week's rates. Parsnips remain dull of sale. Choice table carrots are selling at high rales, and there is good demand for white turnips. Celery, spring onions aud leeks arc selling freely. There is good demand for rhubarb, ■which is arriving in large quantities.
