MWLX STOCK SALE. The'demand for fat sheep continues to bo good and the prices realized remain at a high" level. Yesterday at Messrs Abraham and Williams's sale fat ewes sold up to 30,s and 31s 3d, and fat wethers from 29s 3d to 32s to 335. Very few fat cattle were yarded and fat cows sold from £5 Ms to £6 fls. For sforc stock, sheep and cattle, the sale was inclined to drag a little. ' ■in; the bulk of; fclw en fries was sold. Small hoggets to 15s fid and empty ewes to 255. Springing heifers brought from £5 15s to m 10s to £7 7s fid. "Eighteen months to 2i-year steers (low condition) £4 15s; 2J-year steers to £5 15s and 3-year steers to £7\ The pig Bale was a good one, and nearly all this big entry wa*s sold. Woaners sold to 16s, stores to 18s <kl and £1, porkers to 27s 9d and 20s. baconors C 2 7s. and a. sow and small litter to Bs.
