A fence of any of the kinds mentioned in the Second Schedule is a sufficient fence within the meaning of the Fencing Act (5.7). The occupiers of adjoining lauds uot divided by a sufficient fence are liable to join in or contribute in equal proportions to the erection of a fence uetweeu such lands, although Buch fence may not extend along the whole boundary line.
