"FUN ON THE BRISTOL."
■.Musical farcical comedy has a neverending attraction for the theatre-goer so "Fun on the Bristol," one of the funniest of farces, to be staged hero for one night only at King's Theatre oil Tuesday next, when George Stephenson's company of comedians mako their first appearance here, should prove popular 'with, amusement lovers. This play, which has the hall-mark of success, extending over thirty years, is for laughing purposes only. The plot, or what there is oi it. is really a .'onnecting link for a series of the latest songs, dances and sketches. The Widow, played by the late John Sheridan over 6000 times, ivas a household ourite, and the chance of renewing acquaintance with this lady, who will bo impersonated by Frank Hawthorne, a clever actor who has been a big in tho part, is largely to be avail.vj The Wellington season which concluded the week before last was highly successful and reports to hand from' both press and public are highly flattering to the play and players.
