The markets have opened this week quieter than ever, if that is possible, merchants and broken reporting that thero is really nothing doing. It is said that small lots of wheat can do purchased at (is at country swAbns, but millers are indifferent about buying. Large holders of wheat are still expecting better prices than can now bo obtained, and arc therefore not offering their grain. There are no oats available. For oateheaf chaff and potatoes there is only moderate inquiry at late rates. ——MnWMBK
