From Ist December an express train .slops Ht Loviu daily at 11.20 p.m. to take up passengers, but those who go OJ'th by this train will Lave to pay the full faro from Wellington to whatever place north of Levin that tho jxpress stops at. At 4.10 a.m. daily, the express 'ill stop at Levin to pick up paesengere but as no tickets aro issued for either of these trains at Levin, passengers must pay the guards. Passengers oy this early morning train going south will have to pay the full fare from Palmertson North to Wellington.
